Shipping Destinations

Kitchor currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Cost

Free Standard Shipping on All Orders

Enjoy free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET begin processing on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET begin processing on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

Shipping and Delivery Time

After processing, orders are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping and transit: 3–7 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 4–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

We can only accommodate changes or cancellations before an order has entered processing or shipping. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.

  • Saturday–Sunday: Closed

  • U.S. public holidays: Closed

Orders are processed during business hours on business days. Messages received outside business hours will be handled during the next business day.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

If your order is delayed, please check your tracking information for the latest updates. If you need assistance, contact us by email, phone, or Live Support.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@kitchor.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors. You may also contact the shipping carrier for additional information.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any taxes charged will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
